IQ Math | Dragon Learning Den ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website (www.iqmath.com.sg) and our enquiries, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us when you enquire. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or book a trial, you may share a student's name, school level, subject, preferred timing, your name and your contact number or email address.
- Technical and usage data. When you visit the website, our analytics and advertising tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from an advertisement).
This website does not have account sign-ups or online payment forms, and we do not collect payment card details through it.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange trial sessions and classes.
- To communicate about class schedules, availability and fees.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
This website uses the following third-party tools:
- Google tag (Google Ads). Records visits and actions such as clicks on our enquiry buttons so we can measure ad performance. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel. Records visits so we can measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps. An embedded map shows our location.
- Blog content provider. Our blog page loads articles from a third-party publishing service.
Your browser also stores a small "session" flag so an announcement pop-up is not shown repeatedly during one visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation through your Google Ad Settings and Facebook ad preferences. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this website.
4. Disclosure to others
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, analytics and advertising (such as Google and Meta), and where required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside Singapore; where this happens we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
5. Enquiries via WhatsApp
Buttons on this website open a WhatsApp chat with us, with a pre-filled message you can edit. Messages you send are handled through WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
6. Students and minors
Our classes are for secondary school students. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf. If you believe a minor has given us personal data without a parent's or guardian's consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and business requirements, and then delete or anonymise it. We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold from unauthorised access, use or loss, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to our use of it at any time. Please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to verify your identity first.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
